How we got here

  1. 2011

    A single focus: people development

ViTrox Academy began with one purpose — to train ViTrox’s own workforce. Over the last decade, our training methodologies played a crucial role in transforming ViTrox from a local SME into a global technology leader with over 1,000 employees.

  2. 2020

    We expanded the mission

We realised that the strategies used to grow our company could help others. We opened our doors to the public, sharing our cross-disciplinary expertise — from technology and manufacturing to leadership and soft skills — to help individuals and businesses achieve similar growth.

We proved that with the right training, a Malaysian company could compete on the world stage.

Why TechneSkills

Current, not archived

Curriculum is reviewed quarterly against the state of the field. Deprecated tools and patterns are removed, not left to accumulate.

Built for teams

Designed for organisations from the start, not retrofitted from a consumer catalogue. Assign courses by role, follow progress per team, and export what HR and compliance need.

Measured outcomes

Every course closes with a graded assessment. Certificates state exactly what was tested, so they mean something.
